This is a unique opportunity to become an olive farmer and make your own olive oil. You will be picking up olives in the grove and mill them the same day, so you can enjoy your very own oil! This is my favorite so far. It is a practice still to these days to go harvesting and foraging for wild greens. It is a fun and interactive experience, which also includes a cooking demo that will teach you all about properties, benefits and safe handling of the wild edibles.
